Hello my name is Nathan. I am a Level 4 qualified mmassage therapist.

Over the past 5 years I have expanded my knowledge of human anatomy and how it works by offering tailored sports massage therapy.
 

Experience:

Since qualifying as a sports massage therapist in 2021, I have worked with a wide range of clients from those just setting out in their fitness journey to triathletes competing in Ironman competitions and representing GB at World Championships. 

I qualified with a BSc Honours in Sport & Exercise Science in 2012, going on to coach football in America, before qualifiying as a P.E Teacher.
 

Hobbies and interests:

 My main hobby is training for and competing in triathlons. As an active person, I understand the demands training place and daily life places on the body.
